HOW TO BOOK +
SAFETY MEASURES

MY BOOKS ARE CLOSED. This means that I will not be accepting any new requests at the moment. Please stay tuned for any updates regarding when my books will reopen—they will be posted on my Instagram (@vic.ink_).

STYLE CRITERIA:

Pieces with lots of shading and intricate detail, with little-to-no linework, and in black and grey. Absolutely NO colour, script/text, finger, feet, cover-up, geometric and/or linework-only tattoos. Please note: due to the volume of requests, not all submissions are guaranteed to be accepted and/or booked-in. I will only be accepting selected requests at this time.

 

HOW TO BOOK: (this only applies when my books are open) 

Send an email to hellovic.ink@gmail.com and state what you’re looking to get in the subject line. In your email, please be as clear as possible. Include a brief description of what you’re looking to get, rough sizing (in inches), placement info, and any relevant reference/inspirational photos. Without proper info, I cannot book you in. Must be 18 years of age or older (no exceptions).

CONSULTATIONS:

Consultations or follow-up consultations are only required when I need to discuss the details further in person. If I’ve asked you to come in after you’ve sent me an email, please come in to the shop for the consultation during the dates/times I’ve specified, and we can talk about it more in depth. Please let front desk know we’ve been corresponding via email, as I do not take walk-in consultations. You can then book your tattoo appointment there after the consultation by making a deposit of $150, which will be taken off the final amount. Note: not all requests are accepted and booked in.

ESTIMATE:

If you would like to get an idea on how much your tattoo may cost, I can provide a rough estimate based on sizing, amount of detail, placement, and how long it may take. My minimum starts at $300+tax (for one hour or less).

**Please note: an estimate is not the final pricing. If the session takes longer than anticipated, if you decide to go bigger or if you’d like to add more detail, pricing/time is subject to change.**

DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking ($300 for long sessions). This will go towards the final amount of your tattoo. Deposits are accepted through the shop (I will send you instructions via email once your request has been accepted). Once the deposit is received, the formal booking can begin. No deposit = no booking.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION/LATE:

I have a strict 72-hour rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at the latest 72-hours prior to the appointment, and you may do so just one time. If you reschedule more than once or if you reschedule less than 72-hours to your appointment, as respect for my time, your deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required to rebook. A cancellation, no-show or 20 minutes late will also result in an automatic forfeited deposit.

DESIGN/AFTER YOU ARE BOOKED-IN:

With my own interpretation, I will create a design for you in my style. Please keep in mind that I do not send out designs beforehand. You will see your one design/stencil at the tattoo appointment, and any minor changes that need to be made will be made then and there together. 

TOUCH-UPS:

Touch-Ups:

Inquire within. Touch-ups are usually a flat-rate of $100+tax. Appointments for touch-ups typically take at most 30 minutes. Should it take longer, pricing is subject to change. I may ask you to come in for a consult to see if a touch-up is necessary before booking you in.

SAFETY MEASURES/AT YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT:

  1. Masks please. Even with the mask mandate lifted, I ask that my clients continue to wear their masks for the duration of their visit. Please bring your own mask and wear it for the entire duration of the appointment. Nose and mouth must be covered. Thank you for your cooperation!

  2. Hand sanitization. Hands must be sanitized upon entry. 

  3. Wash your hands. There is a designated hand washing station at your disposal.

  4. Come alone to your appointment. No guests are permitted. No family, friends, children, or pets.

  5. Physical distancing will be in effect. Please maintain 6 feet of distance away from other artists and clients. 

  6. Rescheduling. If you or anyone you have been in contact with have been sick in the last 14 days, have traveled in the last two weeks, or if you/they are feeling unwell, please notify me before your appointment to reschedule. If you appear to be unwell at your appointment or if you refuse to follow safety measures, we reserve the right to turn you away and cancel your appointment entirely.
